What We Do
Structure
VANSA strives to operate as a transparent and effective organisation, guided by some of the best and brightest minds in the visual arts sector, with assistance from outside legal and financial expertise.
We are a voluntary association, registered as a non-profit organisation with the Department of Social Development (NPO number: 055-622) and as a Public Benefit Organisation with the South African Revenue Services (PBO number: 93002547). Our Constitution can be downloaded here.
The organisation is governed by a National Executive Committee, which is comprised of representatives from the governance structures associated with each of our regional offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
