The Parking Gallery: Events

The Parking Gallery is a malleable artist-run project initiated to create an alternative platform for contemporary art in South Africa. In 2012, the Parking Gallery, hosted by VANSA , is being re-launched as a common space for discussions and debates. A weekly event will be held every Wednesday evening at the VANSA premises. Each week will host a presentation by speakers currently involved in topical projects and research. Local and international art world practitioners will be participating alongside professionals from completely different fields.
