Job description

  • To develop and write culture stories and content that are aligned with New Frame’s editorial vision, mission and strategic objectives, while assisting the culture editor to shape and develop the desk’s approach and content
  • Source, pitch, develop and deliver newsworthy, timely and editorially relevant stories
  • Write compelling content in a way which engages and drives a digital audience
  • Ensure all content is produced to deadline and brief
  • Build and maintain strong contacts and be an ambassador for the company on all assignments
  • Record interviews for online platforms and edit audio to an acceptable standard for transmission online
  • Contribute to increasing audience and contributors, and assist in developing the desk’s strategy and approach
  • Any other duty as reasonably required
