The BAT Centre has creatively interacted and hosted numerous projects with women for many years. The “Dancing Brushes by Women” project intends to call on society and communities to engage in a programme that allows women to be empowered. This project intends to close the gap of unemployment for young women, empowering them through job opportunities.

This project will give rise to young women to have options, freedom and a voice using art as a tool. Giving them a space where they can generate ideas and art explorations motivating them to have confidence in themselves and their creative process, becoming leaders, creating a cross breed of influence, imparting them with skills and exposing them to become social entrepreneurs.
