Job Title: E-commerce manager

Dates: 01 December 2024 – 31 March 2025

Job Description:

The KZNSA is seeking a mid-level e-commerce manager for the KZNSA’s online retail platform – https://shop.kznsagallery.co.za/

Responsibilities:

  • Upload new ranges to e-commerce site and maintain housekeeping.
  • Manage stock controls of art and artisanal product with the Shop manager and Gallery administrator.
  • Improve the site’s SEO performance.
  • Track online orders and manage distribution – packing, shipping, insurance and customs as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant e-commerce or sales and marketing field. At least 5 years’ experience working in this role.

Monthly remuneration is in line with industry standards, and dependent on experience.
