Deadline

30 June 2022

Opportunity Description

Fak’ugesi takes the opportunity in a world reshaping itself after a global pandemic to pause to see where we are.

The festival takes on two sides in 2022: ‘FromNow’ taking a look at where we are now, how have we gotten here, how did the pandemic hinder/assist in placing us in our current context, and the ‘NowOn’ where we use what we know of the now and project into the future to the spaces we will build together.

This year’s theme is a way to think about our ‘Now’ and to look towards our ‘NowOn’ – linking each aspect of our programme from our present to our future.

The winning design will become the star of our 2022 festival poster, a continent-wide invitation to an exciting immersive virtual experience, including workshops, screenings and exhibitions and so much more.

Finalists will be short listed to be featured at Fak’ugesi Festival in 2022 (13 – 21 October 2022.) via press, media and in the exhibition hosted by Fak’ugesi Festival.

1 winner will become the ocial paid digital artist for Fak’ugesi Festival 2022 (with potentially more graphic work in the festival). The winning work and the winners creative profile will be featured through Fak’ugesi & any press, media interactions of the festival.
