Opportunity Description

Lcc Program is hosting their 6th edition contest in support of emerging African photography.

The Alliances Foundation continues to support contemporary African creation with the Lcc Program, a bi-annual photo contest designed to promote emerging African photography.

Through this unprecedented program, the Foundation intends to give concrete impetus to African photographic creation through a coherent cultural sponsorship policy and an alternative approach to that of the art market. Thus, twice a year, the Lcc Program sheds light on the works of a photographer unknown to the public and accompanies it in the diffusion of its creation.

Founded in 2010, the Alliances Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the cultural development of the Kingdom of Morocco through the launch of flagship programs, with the support of networks of experts.

Through the conduct of a museum project (MACAAL), support programs for emerging African photography (Lcc Program) and awareness of contemporary art (Passerelles), the Fondation Alliances promotes the access of large audiences to the cultural field . It defends the idea of an art accessible to all by developing an important cultural mediation in favor of all the social circles and thus participates in the radiation of Moroccan and African contemporary art through a demanding approach.
