Job Title: Shop Manager

Dates: 01 December 2024 – 31 March 2025

Job Description:

The KZNSA is seeking a mid-level retail and distribution manager for the KZNSA Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Manage shop stock in inventory software.
• Manage orders of artisanal ranges placed by international buyers.
• Oversee all sales, invoicing and payment on orders.
• Manage distribution – packing, shipping, insurance and customs as required.
• Maintain close working relationships with local designers and makers.

Requirements:

Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant retail, sales, marketing or management field. At least 5 years’ experience working in this role.

Monthly remuneration is in line with industry standards, and dependent on experience.
