Position available from 30 October to 4 December, is full-time, necessitates daily attendance and is Cape Town-based.

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (possible overtime and weekends)

1 month contract with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting two foreign artists visiting Cape Town on a four week residency
• Assisting with a broad variety of administrative and practical tasks including but not limited to :
• Coordinate and facilitate daily diary – vehicle and driver’s license essential
• Source, order and collect materials and other studio supplies
• Facilitate research trips or other travel within Cape Town and surrounds
• Assist with personal errands and other necessities

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
• Strong organisational, coordination and practical nature
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience preferable
• Driver’s licence & contactable references are required
