Opportunity Description

The Trinity Session is looking to interview for a 3 month position with a view to extending the position with additional contract work. Please review the various aspects of the job parameters / experience below.

Potential candidate must be able to start as early as 15 March 2019.

Administration and Team Work

  • Collaborate with project teams; assist and facilitate full project lifecycles
  • Create / monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
  • Field work – verbal and written reporting
  • Team facilitation and tasking
  • Administrative tasks, such as research/communications and budget management.
  • Management of associated administration (payments, registers and MOUS)
  • Management and maintenance of physical and digital archives
  • Produce reports and handover documentation

Creative Facilitation

  • Facilitation of workshops (includes procurement of all resources needed for workshops)
  • Management of all logistics, set up and strike of workshops
  • Maintaining stock/materials stock pile
  • Development of design related briefs and related research packages.
  • Design/edit (includes compiling reports, designing/editing booklets)

Content Development and Archive (Social Media and Digital Archive)

  • Management of social media campaigns associated with specific projects
  • Management of footage and image archives
  • Development of content for social media platforms (special stories/interviews/investigative journalism)

Implementation of Artworks

  • Engagement with Professional teams and clients
  • Quality Management/Site inspection
  • Associated administration
  • Associated OHS and OHS files
  • Reporting and documenting of all associated processes
  • Management of implementing suppliers/artists
  • Management of timelines and project budgets

Communication and Stakeholder engagement

  • Confident in various types of settings from township, rural to city
  • Confident interacting and engaging with various demographics, ages, genders, etc.

General Skills/Requirements

  • Mobile/ have transport
  • Must be able to think outside of the box and use initiative to generate sustainable/unique and community centric project management plans
  • Effective Time Management
  • Flexible working hours (Weekends may be required and evenings)
  • Intuitive/Creative Problem solving
  • People Skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Products (Indesign/Photoshop/Lightroom/Premier Pro)

  • Urban Design experience/engineering experience/town planning/urban development
  • Languages (Vernacular)
  • Film and Film Editing
  • Experience with NPO’s
